ES-RFM386 Radar Flow Meter for River Flood Control Overview

ES-RFM386 Radar Flow Meter can be used with Edgeware’s smart node. 485 communication, standard ModBus-RTU communication protocol, the longest communication distance is 2000 meters, the product power supply is 10-30V wide voltage power supply, mainly used in canals, rivers and other occasions that require flow and water level monitoring.

This sensor can detect water flow rate and water level height. The flow meter uses radar technology to achieve simple and fast non-contact water surface flow rate measurement. The non-contact radar flow measurement system is not corroded by sewage and is not affected by sediment when measuring speed. Collect the surface flow rate of the fluid, and calculate the average flow rate of the water section through the model. Then connect the water level measured by the water level meter and the cross-sectional information to calculate the cross-sectional area of ​​the flow, so as to use the formula flow = average flow rate × cross-sectional area of ​​the flow × correction coefficient to get the flow, where the correction coefficient is calculated based on the standard value obtained in the actual measurement environment.
