The deployment location of the Edge Industrial PowerCube determines that it is generally in a more complex outdoor environment. In outdoor environments, Edgeware’s consistent view is to reduce Opex and keep the system maintenance free as much as possible. To do this, we advocate the use of an IP65-rated Aluminum Enclosure, and the whole system naturally dissipates heat. To this end, Edgeware developed the DC48V 500W MPPT Solar Controller based entirely on natural heat dissipation, which is highly efficient and meets the deployment requirements of the Edge Industrial PowerCube.
