How do we design our solar power monitoring software?

Solar power monitoring software can greatly help us remotely monitor the operation of solar energy systems and greatly reduce our operation and maintenance costs. But in design, we want to cover a lot of things:

  • Solar power monitoring software must be able to measure and count the output and use of solar energy, so that operation and maintenance personnel can remotely know the energy generation of the site.
  • The Solar power monitoring software must be able to detect the running status of the entire system and alert the operation and maintenance personnel when there is a problem, so as to help the operation and maintenance personnel to locate the problem remotely and simplify the on-site maintenance.
  • The solar battery must be monitored. The solar battery must have a built-in BMS, so that the solar power monitoring software can detect the operation and life of the battery, and clearly define the replacement plan when the battery needs to be replaced.
  • The Solar system is not an isolated existence, it is built in the solar power enclosure, so the solar power monitoring software also needs to monitor the overall status of the solar power enclosure.
