Edge Span U300-RT300W is an outdoor UPS with IP65 level ingress protection. It is specially designed for power backup of various outdoor devices in complex environments. It integrates 300W DC-UPS, lithium battery, system monitoring and management modules. The system provides DC48V voltage for external devices, but can also provide options such as DC12V, DC24V according to customer requirements. Edge Span U300-RT300WDC can be installed in different scenarios such as wall mount and pole mount. In addition, considering the requirements of outdoor lightning protection, the system power input and output are designed with complete lightning protection.

The deployment environment of Outdoor UPS is complex. In order to make the entire system adaptable to any environment, we designed the entire system to provide IP65-level ingress protection.
Outdoor Optimized Rugged Design
The entire system of Edge Span U300-RT300W is a rugged design system. The internal system is all industrial-grade design, and the outer shell is a cast aluminum shell that reaches IK08 protection level. The system is deployed in various places such as mines, factories, industrial processing, etc. and will not be affected by the external environment.
No Rust for Long Term Operation
The entire Edge Span U300-RT300W system shell is made of aluminum, which is naturally rust-proof. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the long-term corrosion of the system shell in the surrounding environment, especially in a high humidity and rainy environment. This makes the system truly maintenance-free after outdoor installation.
Surge Protection
Another major challenge in the outdoor environment is surge protection. Edge Span U300-RT300W rugged outdoor UPS has a good lightning protection design, and both the system input and output are rated for 20KA lightning protection.
Natural Heat Dissipation
Different from the traditional outdoor UPS system built with IP55 outdoor cabinet, the heat dissipation of the entire Edge Span U300-RT300W system is based on natural heat dissipation. The high heat dissipation efficiency of its cast aluminum shell makes the UPS module revolutionary and no longer rely on the traditional method of forced cooling by fans. This allows the entire system to further meet the requirements of maitenance free.
Battery with BMS and Can Add Heater
System battery has a built-in high-performance battery management module, which can more effectively manage the battery performance and extend the battery life. For some cold winter areas, a battery heater can also be configured for effective heating so that the entire system can be charged and discharged normally in a low temperature environment.
Customized Battery Pack
The system’s built-in liuthium battery pack can be customized according to the customer’s UPS runtime needs, thereby optimizing the balance between cost and performance to the greatest extent.
Comprehensive Monitoring and Management
System UPS, battery, temperature and humidity can all be remotely monitored and managed through the system’s built-in management module.

Battery Management System
